Meghan Hatalla is a body positive Minnesota-based yoga instructor and life design writer. My approach focuses on seeing the body as a system that needs to run well in conjunction with mental health and understanding where each of us are on our journey, and within our timezone. Yoga, meditation and mindfulness are tools to tap into and regulate that system.

In my yoga teaching, writing and in my own life, I strive for honesty and authenticity to craft an intentional life-by-design. The primary outlets I leverage are my website and blog articles, curated newsletter, Instagram and Pinterest. I generate my own content from photos to text to infographics, enabling me to tailor the messaging to best address my base and also to increase engagement by tweaking as necessary, reshaping and resharing.
